Hope you all are well peeps. Forget about this month, this whole year has been flying by so quickly. We are in the month August already… seriously??? Well, without blabbering too much, I would quickly share my monthly likes.

I haven’t tried anything from this brand that is not good. Seriously, they have gem products in the market and are at affordable prices. This moisturizer in particular I love to wear under my makeup or also when I am at home and not wearing any makeup in summer months. I normally have Combination sensitive skin more towards dry but this product mattifies my skin without making it dry thereby making a perfect base under foundation. It doesn’t feel heavy on the skin and would be a lovely addition to your skincare for oily to combination skin. I am not too sure about dry skin though.

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know its one of my fave clay mask. First of all, as soon as you apply this mask on your pimples, you will know it has started working. The effects are superb, it clears the skin and draws out all the impurities from your pores. If you have pimples, it will dry them up and give you clear complexion quickly. This has quickly become staple in my skincare. If you haven’t tried this, you shouldn’t wait any longer!

This is one of the expensive cleansing oils (available at Boots but this brand is in between luxury and drugstore products) considering it is just 30ml bottle while at this price you can get a larger quantity bottle from other brands. The price is justified as the oil itself is very luxurious to smell as well as use. It is meant to break your makeup or used as an oil cleanser. The consistency is slightly thick to be used as a moisturising oil so I like to use this the way it is intended to use. Its a glass bottle with a pump and a clear plastic lid which looks luxurious to look at. The pump makes this oil easier to use and avoids wastage of product. I take a pump of oil directly on to my hands and rub between my hands to warm it up a bit. I then massage my face with this oil to break my makeup and remove with flannel soaked in warm water. I usually follow up a second cleansing with some micellar water or cleansing gel to make sure there is no oil left on my skin. This oil doesn’t give me break outs and is very safe for all skin types.

This gel based mask is rich in hyaluronic acid, amino acid and dragon’s blood that gives instant moisture shot to the skin. Hyaluronic acid hydrates for plumper looking skin, Amino acid brightens the skin tone and Dragon’s blood comforts + restores through skin hydration. There’s no doubt that when I need a quick fix in terms of hydration and plumpness to my skin, I choose this mask and apply it for 10 minutes. It can also be used as an overnight mask if applied thinly and washed in the morning. Your skin will appear fresh, hydrated and plumped. Highly recommend for dry and dehydrated skin types but is good for all skin types.

This is the only eye cream that I am loving at the moment. It helps me look awake in the morning even if I don’t take enough sleep. This doesn’t make my eyes look puffy and keeps my under eye area hydrated at all times. I also use this cream before makeup to make sure my concealer blends properly and doesn’t look cake-y.

Honestly, this is the first makeup item I tried from H&M beauty and I’m totally impressed. I was not hoping much from a pencil that is just under £4 mark, but this is truly a winner. This is intense glitter pencil for highlighting the inner corner of the eye (tear duct) or just to use as a glitter eye liner. The pigmentation is great and looks amazing when applied. It stays for a long time too. I think this shade is very similar to Zoeva Graphics eyes pencil in Nude Reflection.

This is a warm dusty taupe shade lipstick in a matte finish inspired by Kylie Jenner lip. The shade is beautiful deep peach taupe with slight hint of terracotta. The lipstick is not overly matte but the pigmentation is great and looks beautiful on. Stays put for 5-6 hours. Deeper shades stain lips and stay put for longer. Available through Insta stores in the UK. I bought mine through MissukBeauty insta store. She has lower prices compared to other stores I came across but you can order directly through Colourpop website if you’re making a bigger order.

This is a rich velvety and ultra hydrating lipstick that delivers a dramatic punch of vivid pigment & endless hours of luxurious wear. The shade is gorgeous rose toned mauve and looks beautiful on most skin tones. Marc Jacobs Beauty website says it can stay put upto 10 hour with 1 swipe pigment and moisture which I won’t deny as I have never felt need of touching up my lipstick when I wear this. I have the deluxe travel size version of the lipstick but I am sure I will be buying the full size. Seriously, its one of the best lipstick I have ever tried and are hands down above Mac lipsticks.

My sister got this eyeshadow for me few years ago and I always used to love the coppery gold shade it has. I have been playing a lot with this eyeshadow recently just to try some looks, I am not sure if it is available anymore but Nyx single eyeshadows have great pigmentation and texture. So do check their eyeshadows out.

Other faves (Nip & Fab Dragon’s blood plumping serum, Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow kit highlighter, Amaretto blush from Becca Cosmetics x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Collection face palette) are same as previous months so not talking in detail this time 🙂
