Pippa x Blank Canvas Cosmetics Palette Review

Blank Canvas Cosmetics Pippa Palette review

This Face & Eye palette was designed by Pippa O’Connor who is a leading model, busy Mum, businesswoman and creator of Pippa.ie . She is renowned for her stunning looks and savvy sense of style. Inspired by her love of fresh and natural makeup, she collaborated with Irish Beauty brand – Blank Canvas Cosmetics to create this palette.

Pippa x For Blank Canvas Cosmetics Palette* combines 6 matte eyeshadows with 3 cheek colours (Bronzer, Blusher and Highlighter).

Packaging | The palette comes in a gorgeous peachy pink cardboard packaging with a matching sleeve. The palette has a good quality mirror which is a plus too.

Shades | The palette has beautiful matte shades that can be used wet or dry depending upon how intense you want your eyeshadows to look. The highlight shade is such a fine shimmer that melts into skin and doesn’t look chunky. The face shades can also be used as eyeshadows 🙂 . The shade range makes it a great palette for beginners to transform a day to night time look.

  • K.D – Matte carbon black.
  • DODO – A rich dark chocolate brown.
  • SUSU – A pale, light brown.
  • TOBI – A warm soft brown.
  • OLLIE – A warm, nude beige.
  • LILY – Muted ivory vanilla.
  • LULU – Champagne highlighter.
  • PIPSY – A light coral blusher.
  • AMOUR – Matte warm brown bronzer.

Blank Canvas Cosmetics Pippa Palette review & swatches

Pigmentation & Longevity | Pigmentation is quite evident from the swatches. However I used wet brush for the swatches. I have tried these dry and I would say its great for a soft and subtle day time look. For intense look, I can always wet my brush with a setting spray and use these. These stay all day if used with setting spray and about 7-8 hours without creasing if used dry.

Price | This palette is available at BeautyBay for £30 or at Blank Canvas Cosmetics for 34.99€.

If you’re more into warmer eyeshadows, burnt oranges and browns then Master Series Palette One | Review may be a right choice for you.

Overall Thoughts | This is a lovely face and eye palette perfect for travelling or for beginners. You can create many looks with these shades and can easily covert soft pastel look to a smokey eye. The shades work beautifully on most skintones. I was not sure before trying this myself but the palette has gorgeous shades that transfer beautifully on my medium skin. If you like ‘does it all’ kind of palette, this is one to look at!

Have you tried any of the Blank Canvas Cosmetics products before? I really like some of their brushes too and the Master Series Palette One is amongst my top 5 eyeshadow palettes. If you haven’t checked that one, make sure you check that out too.

Until next time

  1. wow, the shades look so pretty. Especially Amour, Tobi, Susu, Dodo and K.D – I kind of dislike shade names. very difficult to remember. I feel this palette is best suited for cooler skintones.

  2. These shades are so pretty. Definitely a complete face and eye palette. I wish they had provided a brush with this palette like they do with The Master series palette one

  3. I really like the pretty pink cardboard packaging. I bet its very light weight too. The shade selection seems really nice.
