Finding a good kohl liner which is long lasting and waterproof without breaking a bank was not easy earlier. If you get long lasting formula then the pigmentation is not good enough that the liner becomes your absolute fave. If you get all the qualities in a single liner then the price is a challenge. I am talking about Rimmel London scandal eyes waterproof kohl kajal pencils. They are not new in market but those of you who have not tried these, you must go and get these now!
The pigmentation is great and the formula is creamy on application so definitely will be liked by most of you. The liner dries quickly so If you want to smudge it you need to be quick. You can use it on your waterline and it will not budge. I bought it in shades 001 Black and 005 Nude. I wanted a nude liner for my lower waterline so my eyes look wide open and a black one for upper water line to fake fuller lashes without using falsies 😊 #goalsforgreateyes
I have tried a white eye pencil from this brand in the past. I won’t complain about the formula or pigmentation as its always great in any Rimmel product. But the white pencil on my inner waterline looked too harsh. It may look harsh on many Asian women or women of color. But I totally recommend having a good black and nude liners in your vanity..Rimmel scandal eyes are my favourite waterproof options.
BTW these are made in France and retail for 3.99 pounds in the UK. You can purchase it online or from Boots / Superdrug stores.
