Summer Makeup Essentials | Pixi Beauty

Pixi Summer essentials on Ms Tantrum blog

Though British weather has been soggy lately but if you are out on a holiday to any warmer place, the Summer Makeup Essentials by Pixi Beauty will come handy. This summer Pixi Beauty came with multitasking products that nourish, add a touch of colour to cheeks & lips, and set a fresh fuss-free look for summer.

Including a nourishing lip polish in Summer Makeup Essentials is very thoughtful! Your skin will not look nourished if the lips don’t look healthy. This luxe lip exfoliator renews & soothes the lips. Its unique massage applicator is my favourite. It stimulates circulation, giving a healthy and plumped effect to the lips. This 2-in-1 lip exfoliator + nourisher helps to repair & protect dry, sensitive lips. Luxe, nutrient-rich formula smoothes lips with shea butter & a blend of sweet almond, apricot, and evening primrose oils. The applicator and formula both are winner here. The brush on applicator removes all dead and dry skin off my lips and the nourishing formula protects them making them soft and supple again. This also makes lip plumper by stimulating circulation.

This multiuse, creme to powder formula awakens by adding a touch of colour to the face. This 2-in-1 cheek and lip colour is infused with aloe vera, shea butter, and rose hip oil to protect the skin. These are available in 5 shades and I have got shade Baby Petal which is a soft pink tone nude tone for a minimal makeup look. This shade is perfect to give a youthful touch of colour to cheeks and lips. It is nicely pigmented and looks amazing on my cheeks. I have hyper-pigmentation on lips so I prefer deeper shades like Soft Strawberry for my lips. The blush can be worn with or without powder blusher. These are very travel friendly which makes me love these even more. These can be mixed together for a custom shade on lips or cheeks. These multibalms are Paraben Free and Not tested on animals.

Pixi Summer Essentials

This is an all over setting spray for longer wearing makeup. This mist has skincare benefits because of Rose Water and Green Tea that hydrate and protect the skin. This can be used after makeup to set and hydrate the skin. This can also be used to refresh makeup at any time of the day. This mist is also great to correct over-powdering by misting face & patting off excess or to dampen the makeup sponge or brushes to apply makeup. This mist smells really nice and refreshing too.

Pixi Quick Fix Powder review on Ms Tantrum Blog

This invisible and light-weight powder creates a velvet matte, perfected look. The powder is very fine and is great to set my oily T-zone or concealer under eyes. I really like the sponge applicator it comes with and the mirror on outer side of packaging making it super travel-friendly specially for holidays. This luxe translucent powder gives a beautiful soft-focus finish. This powder can be buffed on top of makeup to set & blend, or on bare skin for an air-brushed effect. The applicator makes powder application easy, fuss-free and you won’t get over -powdery with this. For dewy look, you can go over with any of the Pixi mists like Glow mist or Makeup fixing mist.

  1. I really need to try the mist, everyone seems to enjoy the Pixi mists lately and I need to try them myself, it’s the only product I use all the time these days and I would love to try a new one!!

  2. Lip polisher and Setting powder seems really interesting. I have tried Glow mist by pixi before so I know Petra can’t go wrong in her mists.

    1. I was already a fan of their skincare but their makeup is equally amazing too. Yayy to setting spray and powder. Puff applicator makes it so travel friendly too. Thanks for checking Renji 🙂
