As most of you already know, I am back from India and ofcourse back to my blogging routine! November has been hectic as there was lots of shopping before I flew to India and there was no time to do much on blogging side. So, here I am sharing my faves for last month.
My love for Gerard Cosmetics Hydra Matte liquid lipsticks is well documented. After enjoying shades Everything Nice and 1995 for good few months, I thought of trying a red shade from this range. Immortal is perfect true red for me and looks amazing on all skin tones. The pigmentation and longevity are amazing. Unlike other liquid lipsticks, this one is not overly drying. The formula is very light weight and does not feel uncomfortable on lips. Highly recommends checking this out.
Practk Palmat has two sides with high quality silicone surfaces to clean both small and large makeup brushes quickly.
This is a huge time and effort saver and I am very much impressed with the quality of the mat. Below are the key features:
- Cleans large and small makeup brushes
- Compact, easy to use
- Wear on palm to quickly clean brushes
- Place in sink for hands-free cleaning
- Easy to travel with
I highly recommend this affordable tool!
If you’re a fan of soft focus dewy finish makeup, Becca Cosmetics Backlight priming filter can be your best friend.
Its ultra-subtle, ‘soft focus’ pigments blur the visibility of imperfections and diffuses light to lend skin a flawless, lit-from-within look – (and who doesn’t want that?). With a featherweight texture, this melts into skin – blending seamlessly to create an enviably smooth and dewy canvas – while antioxidant vitamin E and tightening liquorice extract combine to brighten, firm and ward against free radical-attack. This is essentially a photographic filter in a bottle.
This lightweight fluid foundation is meant to provide buildable coverage with seamless application. Capture the glow of perfect looking skin with Luminous silk foundation, an oil-free hydrating fluid with exclusive Micro-fil™ technology. Its lightweight and silky texture glides on seamlessly for an all-day, buildable coverage. GA Luminous Silk foundation looks gorgeous on skin and is literally undetectable if you have found your perfect shade.
Ever since I saw the Makeup Geek x Manny MUA palette and Natasha Denona Star eyeshadow palette, I wanted to try the mermaid teal brown shade. However, buying expensive palette for just one shade is not ideal. So, looking for an alternative was the only option and I am so glad I got my hands on the loose pigment called ‘Insomnia’ by Makeup Geek. This is a stunning teal brown shade that looks sultry on eyes.
Grenadines is a beautiful velvet-matte eyeshadow in a deep berry shade that looks amazing on all skintones. It can be applied lightly for a sheer look or can be packed on for a more dramatic look. It looks stunning either ways. This eyeshadow is richly pigmented micronized powder. It is long wearing & crease resistant. It glides on effortlessly & is easy to blend. Such a perfect shade for colder months!
Sequin is a metallic finish pink-copper toned eyeshadow with silver and gold glitter. This is sooooo stunning, i tell you! I get asked about this shade whenever I post swatches or talk about this on my instastories or snapchat. I like to pair this up with H&M eye pencil in Grand Cru 🙂 This is not a limited edition eyeshadow so you can easily get your hands on it.
A deep pore cleansing mud that gently exfoliates while purifying for radiant skin. This active yet gentle cleanser with 5% glycolic acid exfoliates to reveal a glowing, healthier-looking skintone. Mud deep cleans & detoxifies pores while hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and avocado oil plump & nourish the skin. Leaves complexion feeling smooth & purified. This cleanser has quickly become my favourite because it always makes me look fresh and clean without drying my face. This is an absolute must have product!
These were the products I enjoyed using while I was away to India last month.
