A girl cannot have enough lipsticks! how true is that? Well, it is indeed so true for me 😁😁. Even if I am on no-buy agenda for a particular month, I do manage to buy one or two lipsticks .. #confessionsoflipsticklover
We are in February already and most of you must be planning for your Valentine’s date night outfit and makeup. Its colder winter nights so who wouldn’t love a deep raspberry lip which is moisturising and long lasting. When your lipstick is bold and can create an impact, you need not worry much about your eyes. You can go light with your eyes and create a statement without much effort. Yeah, you can thank me later 😁😁
Anyways without blaberring too much, I will just come to the point. Few months ago, I bought this Sexy mother pucker matte lipstick in shade POM POM from Soap and Glory.
First of all, how cute is the packaging! Soap and glory nails it with their packaging and names of all their products 😀 The lipstick is deep raspberry shade and is super pigmented. The formula is matte but NOT super matte which will dry up your lips. This lipstick has velvety and powdery feel on the lips with enough moisture that will help your lips look sexy and pucker 😇 . Who doesn’t want that on date night with some kissing on mind 😉😉.
These lipsticks are made and dermatologically tested in Italy for Soap & Glory, London. These retail for 9 pounds in the UK and are available across all Boots stores. Usually, they can be purchased in offer of buy one get one half price across all S&G products or 3 for 2 offers which is a bargain.
I prefer these over my Mac lipsticks for their formula and you get such an amazing quality at a price much lower than high end lipsticks. Overall, I am really happy with this lipstick and will be buying other shades too. I wish Soap and Glory starts bringing more shades in their lipstick line. At the moment there are very few shades 🙁 . I have summarise my pros and cons for this lipstick below-

Hey Dipti, yes, the sexy mother pucker line for Soap and Glory brand’s lip products is indeed very catchy. This started from their lip plumping glosses years ago and they gave same name to the lipsticks as well. Infact they have very catchy and unique names for all of their products which makes them stand out of the lot. Their skin products are best in drugstore 🙂
By the way the shade is more on a raspberry side and will suit most skin tones. It will cover up pigmentation on lips perfectly and you will love wearing it. The quality is great and i compare it to my Mac lipsticks. This lipstick brand does very limited shades but is my first choice from drugstore. loads of love, Akanksha <3
