Okay so I have a thing for Luxury Perfumes and can’t stop adding a new one to my collection every now and then. The most recent addition to my little perfume collection is Tom Ford Black Orchid. Though I use it sparingly because its so expensive but boy oh boy its so stunning! Its the most gorgeous perfume I have tried so far so definitely for special evenings!!
Black Orchid perfume by Tom Ford is the first perfume developed under the name of Tom Ford. It was developed using the rare and aromatic black orchid. This rare hybrid orchid bloom has the most desirable fragrance of all orchids because of its exotic status. Black Orchid is a sensuous, dark and dramatic fragrance which captures the attention and holds it as the notes deepen and balance.
Notes | It’s loaded with a potent combination of florals, spices, citrus, and gourmand notes that radiate wildly in a potion that must be smelled to be believed. The attention is captured by a sensuous blend of black truffle and ylang, mingled with fresh bergamot and blackcurrant. A dramatic signature unfolds with the custom–made Tom Ford black orchid blended with dark, tempting florals and rich fruit accords. The heart is deepened with the intoxicating lotus wood. The decadent noir gourmand accord is balanced by patchouli, incense and vetiver, while vanilla tears add a fluid creaminess to warm balsam and smooth sandalwood.

Overall Thoughts | Tom Ford’s masterpiece – Black Orchid is different than any other fragrance. With its exotic and indulgent aroma, it is perfect for daily use, but it is also perfect for any special occasions that may arise. You are sure to get a lot of compliments when you wear this and anyone who smells this fragrance will find this very unique – unlike any other! I highly recommend checking this one out as its one of my top three fragrances so far.
