Nothing! Nothing can transport you to an exotic tropical island faster than the smell of coconut. The notes of Coconut, if paired with fresh, citrus notes, make a beautiful breezy accord. Creed Virgin Island Water – Virgin Island Water is what tropical dreams are made of! This fragrance will whisk you away to the Caribbean Islands where the sea is clear sky blue and the air is warm. Virgin Island Water is full of fruity citrus, floral summer blooms, fresh coconut, and tropical woods. Imagine sipping Piña Coladas in a hammock weaved between two palm trees – Ah Sun-drenched Tropical Paradise in a bottle! It is the perfect summer scent that you might want to wear every single day.
Atelier Cologne Pacific Lime Absolue – Think of coconut, palm trees, and pina colada! This fragrance will transport you to a tropical beach-side holiday and believe me you will get tonnes of compliments every time you wear this! This fragrance is all about bright sparkling lime with coconut that lifts up the mood refreshing the memories of an exotic beach holiday. I love wearing this in summer but also use to layer it with some other fragrance in winters. This is a versatile choice and is a good one to have in your fragrance wardrobe.
Fragrance du Bois Santal Complet – This is a very elegant and refined fragrance with a milky coconut in the opening. The milky coconut is beautiful and elegant in the opening. It has lemon that adds crispiness yet adding brightness to the sweet accord. It is the softest way a lemon note is added to the composition. The heart consists of violet and a very subtle black pepper. The dry down has Musk, Vanilla, Amber, and Sandalwood. This is more of woody vanilla and not sickening sweet. Amber is beautiful here and Sandalwood is oh-so-creamy! Santal Complet doesn’t project but stays close to you for a very long time. This is a gorgeous creamy coconut and sandalwood fragrance for intimate settings or a date with your partner. If you want an elegant, lady-like, smooth coconut fragrance – Santal Complet is the one!
Mancera Coco Vanille – When it comes to performance, Mancera fragrances are beast-mode. These project SO much and are super long-lasting. Coco Vanille as the name suggests is heavy on exotic coconut and sweet, cozy vanilla. It is a beautiful gourmand fragrance with Coconut, Peach, Tiare Flower, Ylang Ylang, Vanilla, musk, and some woody notes. Coco Vanille has got a cult following and if you’re blind buying or trying your first fragrance from the house of Mancera, Coco Vanille will win your heart!
Urban Outfitters Lait de Coco – Urban Outfitters fragrances are so underrated! About five years ago, Urban Outfitters sent me a huge PR package that had their bestselling fragrances as well. Ah, what a discovery!! Those fragrances made me realize that retailers’ own fragrance line might have hidden gems too! This fragrance has notes of Bergamot, vanilla praline, creamy coconut and it literally smells so good and delicious!! It is a very small bottle and is super affordable out of this list. Unfortunately, it is not available in the UK but if you’re in the US, I recommend checking this out!
Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess Eau Fraîche Skinscent – This is a daytime skin scent with beach vibes. The coconut is the star here and it also has a tiare flower, bergamot, and vanilla. It feels so summery and reminds me of a high-end summer suntan lotion. This fragrance doesn’t project a lot but still leaves a soft trail. This scent stays close to you. It has impressive longevity considering it is a lighter skin scent. If you’re after a stronger Coconut fragrance, I suggest you try the Eau de Parfum version of Bronze Goddess. This fragrance is so well blended and is a crowd-pleaser!
Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Coconut Fizz – This is a very soft, delicate coconut water scent mixed with bergamot and creamy sandalwood. It is so light and is like a skin scent. It creates a sophisticated veil of cool coconut – very transparent and elegant. It is uplifting to the senses and is a safe blind buy!
Mugler Angel Iced Star – Oh what a beauty! Look at the colorful star bottle and as compared to the previous Angel bottles, this one can stand! Keeping the design aside, this fragrance is a dreamy tropical scent – so juicy, sweet, and delicious! It has coconut water and pineapple This is the first Angel scent that I like so much so that I want to order a backup bottle before it becomes discontinued!
