CLEAN Reserve fragrances are not new in my collection. The addiction started with Sel Santal couple of years ago and later I got a chance to experience Avant Garden Collection.
All CLEAN fragrances are crafted with safe ingredients that can be trusted. CLEAN CLASSIC, CLEAN RESERVE & CLEAN AVANT GARDEN make up the Clean Beauty. And to ensure a healthy and happy planet for future generations, their packaging is eco-conscious too.
Clean Beauty works with partners that use green manufacturing practices and their fragrances are infused with responsibly sourced, sustainable ingredients that give back, and they never test on animals. Even with the mindful decisions of choosing sustainable ingredients, the complexity of fragrance is not sacrificed.
CLEAN RESERVE Solar Bloom (launched in 2019) by Clean Beauty Collective is a new radiant citrus floral fragrance for both men and women. Annie Buzantian is the nose behind this fragrance. The fragrance is crafted with sustainable notes of green mandarin and vetiver.
Packaging
All clean fragrances come with classic clean branding and a weighty glass bottle with a wooden lid. As mentioned above all clean fragrances have eco-conscious and sustainable packaging. The glass bottle comes fitted snug in a good quality cardbox (to avoid breaking) with a card sleeve on the top.
Notes
- Top Notes are Mandarin Orange and Bergamot
- Middle notes are Freesia, Jasmine, Orange Blossom & coconut
- Base notes are Vetiver, Patchouli & Charcoal.
CLEAN RESERVE chose to use sustainable vetiver from Debouchette, Haiti to help support education programs and healthcare for the farmers and their families. To further support the farmers, CLEAN RESERVE funds a program that provides safe drinking water to the community.
Overall thoughts
The fragrance is not too feminine and not too masculine. I think the Charcoal note balances the composition. A lovely inoffensive day time fragrance that would work for various settings like office, coffee date or movies. I even wear mine for school runs and it doesn’t bother sensitive noses. The fragrance pairs well with Acqua Neroli, Sueded Oud and Skin (reserve blends).
