If we are friends on Instagram, you probably know my sister sent me a box of goodies from India recently which had these beautiful Inglot freedom system eyeshadow pans as well. About a month ago, she asked me what shades i would recommend her and all I could think of was golds and rusty reddish browns (that’s because I am a sucker for shadows in such shades tbh). The reason for buying any eye shadow palette is these shades only :). So, the idea of customizable palettes is most suited for my needs plus whenever i feel like I have developed love for other shades, I can easily switch pans in this freedom palette. Currently I am building my custom Makeup Geek eyeshadow palette as well 🙂
Well after all the research on various pics on pinterest, google and blogs, I settled for a matte and 3 shimmer shades 11, 335, 406 and 606 🙂 I would need another matte shade in this freedom system which I am thinking of buying from the UK. That shade would probably be a matte brown for the crease or may be a shimmer one for the lid similar to Cosmopolitan or Grandstand from Makeup Geek. We will see about it later 🙂
Shades & description
- 11 – Light Champagne Shimmer
- 335 – Reddish Rusty Brown Matte
- 406 – Antique Gold Shimmer
- 606 – Bronze toned metallic shimmer
Pigmentation, Finish & Longevity: These shades are incredibly pigmented and colour pay off is great. These eyeshadows last well even without any eyeshadow primer. I have tried these without a primer and they lasted more than 5 hours which in my opinion is very great at such an affordable price.
Price: these retail for £5 each in the UK and empty 5-shadow freedom palette is available for £8. If you’re from India, these are available for INR 400 each on Nykaa website and empty 5-shadow freedom palette is available for INR 1250.
Availability: These eyeshadows can be bought directly from Inglot websites in your country. In case you happen to visit Westfield London, make sure you visit Inglot store at Ground Floor.
Now the fun part, swatches 🙂

Hope you liked my colour choices. This was not easy, i checked so many blog posts, pinterest and google for swatches before I could settle on what shades I would personally like on my skintone. These shades will look good on almost all skin tones actually.
Do let me know how you like the shades or if you have recommendations for me to check out. Also don’t forget to leave your blogs or instagram address below for me to check out. I would love to connect with you.
Loads of love,
